Prioritize your wellbeing - Embrace the compassionate care you deserve.

My Approach

I specialize in trauma-focused therapy and working with late-diagnosed autistic and ADHD adults, offering personalized, evidence-based care for adults seeking greater clarity, stability, and growth. I have over a decade of experience treating trauma-related disorders.

You deserve therapy that is tailored to your goals rather than limited by a one-size-fits-all approach. I take a collaborative, supportive approach that integrates practical tools and evidence-based strategies adapted to how you think, process, and experience the world so you can create meaningful, lasting change.

Areas of Focus

Late-Diagnosed Autism (Adults) – Explore identity, sensory needs, masking, and burnout while developing strategies for communication, boundaries, and self-advocacy.

Late-Diagnosed ADHD (Adults) – Build practical strategies for executive functioning, organization, emotional regulation, and understanding how ADHD impacts daily life.

PTSD & Trauma – Childhood neglect, sexual abuse, domestic violence, difficult relationships, and other overwhelming experiences. If you feel stuck in fear, distressing memories, hypervigilance, or emotional overwhelm, therapy can help you regain a greater sense of safety and control.

Anxiety Disorders – Panic attacks, social anxiety, chronic worry, and overthinking. Using evidence-based approaches such as ACT and CBT, we’ll develop tools to help calm your nervous system and reduce overwhelm.

Depression – Persistent sadness, burnout, hopelessness, or loss of motivation. Therapy can help you reconnect with meaning, energy, and engagement in your life.

Evidence-Based Therapies I Utilize

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) – Helps you build psychological flexibility, develop self-understanding, and move toward a life guided by your values rather than overwhelm, avoidance, or self-criticism.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) – Supports the processing of traumatic memories and experiences so they feel less emotionally overwhelming and disruptive.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) – Provides practical tools for understanding patterns of thinking, emotion, and behavior that contribute to anxiety, depression, OCD, and chronic stress.

Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) – Helps address trauma-related beliefs involving guilt, shame, self-blame, and safety after difficult experiences.

Trauma-Informed Therapy – Therapy is adapted with an understanding of how trauma, chronic stress, neurodivergence, and life experiences can affect the nervous system, emotions, relationships, and sense of self.
