Prioritize your wellbeing - Embrace the compassionate care you deserve.

My Approach

I specialize in trauma-focused therapy and working with late-diagnosed autistic adults, offering personalized, evidence-based care for adults seeking clarity, stability, and growth. I have over a decade of experience treating trauma-related disorders.

You deserve therapy that’s tailored to your goals, not limited by a one-size-fits-all model. I take a collaborative, structured approach, integrating techniques that fit how you think and process so you can create lasting change.

Areas of Focus

PTSD & Trauma – .Childhood neglect, sexual abuse, major life events, domestic violence, and more. If you experience distressing memories, nightmares, or feel “stuck” in fear, therapy can help you regain a sense of safety and control.

Anxiety Disorders – Panic attacks, social anxiety, and generalized anxiety. Using CBT and ACT, we’ll build tools to reduce overthinking and calm your nervous system.

Depression – Persistent sadness, low motivation, or hopelessness. Therapy helps you rebuild energy, meaning, and engagement in your life.

Late Diagnosed Autism (Adults) - Exploring identity, sensory needs, and burnout while developing strategies for communication, boundaries, and self-advocacy.

Late-Diagnosed ADHD (Adults) – Building practical strategies for focus, organization, and understanding how ADHD impacts your daily life.

Evidence-Based Therapies I Utilize

✔ Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) – Helps reprocess traumatic memories to reduce emotional distress.

✔ Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) – Teaches practical skills to challenge unhelpful thought patterns and manage anxiety, depression, and OCD.

✔ Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) – A structured, trauma-informed approach for processing and healing from trauma.

✔ Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) – Helps shift trauma-related beliefs such as guilt, shame, and self-blame.

✔ Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) – Builds psychological flexibility so you can live in alignment with your values, even when things feel difficult.
